Introduction

This is a project aimed at helping Igbo people, (mainly children) who are not proficient in Igbo language, to learn how to speak Igbo. The lesson will begin with an introduction to the Igbo alphabet, which is the building block of the language.

Thereafter, we shall focus on Igbo phrases and simple sentences. This will be followed by names of different objects such as objects found in the home, environment, animals, etc.

Thereafter, we shall shift attention to Igbo greetings, days and time. On the whole, there are six (6) lessons. It is hoped that this systematic approach will help a beginner to learn how to understand and speak Igbo in a short time.
